I bought the silk set mostly because I was curious about the temperature-regulating feel everyone talks about. After several weeks, I can say the difference is real for me. The fabric feels cool when I get into bed, stays breathable under a light blanket, and doesn't become clammy around my back or legs. The relaxed top gives enough room for airflow without hanging like an oversized sack, and the drawstring pants let me loosen the waist whenever I want. Another big plus is how smoothly the material moves when I turn over. Instead of catching against the sheets, it slides easily, so I wake up less tangled. I also love the way the pajamas look in the morning—soft, slightly glossy, and much more flattering than my old faded T-shirts. I'm seriously considering buying a second set before summer because I don't want to go back to sleeping in anything heavy.
